This program is tailored for cybersecurity professionals aiming to step into management and leadership positions. It is especially well-suited for cyber professionals from technical backgrounds seeking to build their management, business, and communication skills within the dynamic field of cybersecurity.
Ideal candidates generally possess:
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in cybersecurity roles
- Demonstrated career progression or experience in senior technical positions
This 14-week program will begin September 8, 2025 and includes four synchronous learning via live-online instruction on Zoom (dates below). The synchronous learning format fosters peer-to-peer interaction, relationship-building, and networking opportunities.
Timeslot: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM ET
- Live Classroom Session 1 – Thursday September 11, 2025
- Live Classroom Session 2 – Thursday October 2, 2025
- Live Classroom Session 3 – Thursday October 23, 2025
- Live Classroom Session 4 – Thursday November 13, 2025
Participants are also expected to attend a virtual orientation on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 12–1:00 PM ET.
In addition to the above live-online sessions, participants should expect to dedicate 1-2 hours to preparatory activities in advance of each module. This can include pre-readings, homework/assignments, and knowledge validation tests. Participants should also expect to dedicate time to one-on-one career coaching sessions, live panels, workshops, and networking sessions. Dates and times will be communicated in advance.
The total program fee for the September 2025 cohort is $1,300 + HST.
