Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst holds an international reputation as a major global hub for cybersecurity training, entrepreneurship, research, policy development and public education. We offer a wide array of programs for individuals, entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes. Based at Toronto Metropolitan University, with our headquarters in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, we deliver our programs and services throughout Canada and around the world.
Cybersecurity For All
The Catalyst’s vision — Cybersecurity For All — expresses our core belief that technology safety and security are foundational to democratic resilience and economic prosperity, and to every person’s full enjoyment of fundamental rights and freedoms. Everyone must play an active role in technology safety, and everyone should have the tools and training that they need to be secure in their use of technology. This phrase acknowledges that keeping technology safe is an ever-expanding field of endeavor. As such, our efforts at the Catalyst are constantly evolving, engaging every aspect of commerce, government and culture.
Our Purpose & Mission
At the Catalyst, our purpose is to help build healthy democracies and thriving societies, powered by secure digital technologies. We believe that technology safety and security are not just technical issues — they are cornerstones of public trust, innovation, and the rule of law. All of our work, from supporting small businesses in safely adopting AI, to combatting disinformation on social media, to delivering training in post-quantum security, advances our goal of prosperity, tolerance and freedom.

Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that the Catalyst operates on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. In particular, we acknowledge the territory of the Anishinabek, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Ojibway/Chippewa peoples; the land that is home to the Metis; and most recently, the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation who are direct descendants of the Mississaugas of the Credit. For thousands of years, Indigenous peoples inhabited and cared for this land.
