- 5 years of professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
- Demonstrated career progression or experience in senior technical positions
- Have an interest in cybersecurity leadership, management, or executive-facing roles
Time Commitment Required
- Cyber Management Essentials is a 10-week, part-time virtual program designed to be completed alongside full-time employment.
- The January 2027 cohort includes an online orientation followed by five live classroom sessions delivered via Zoom.
- Program duration: 10 weeks
- Orientation: Thursday January 21, 2027 (12 – 1 PM ET)
- Timeslot: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET
- Live Classroom Session 1 – Thursday January 28, 2027
- Live Classroom Session 2 – Thursday February 11, 2027
- Live Classroom Session 3 – Thursday February 25, 2027
- Live Classroom Session 4 – Thursday March 11, 2027
- Live Classroom Session 5 – Thursday March 25, 2027
In addition to the above live-online sessions, participants should expect to dedicate 1-2 hours to preparatory activities in advance of each module. This can include pre-readings, homework/assignments, and knowledge validation tests. Participants should also expect to dedicate time to one-on-one career coaching sessions, live panels, workshops, and networking sessions.

Course Fees
The total program fee for the January 2027 cohort is $1,950 + HST.
