Buy Canadian Cyber – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of [Buy Canadian Cyber Listing] (the “Directory”) and represent a binding agreement as between [you/business name] and the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst (“RCC”). 

These Terms govern the listing of your business on the Directory and your participation is entirely optional.  You hereby agree to the following as part of the Terms:

1. You will provide all relevant information as required by RCC for purposes of RCC considering a listing of your business on the Directory and as RCC may subsequently require.
2. RCC reserves the right to include your business listing on the Directory, in its sole discretion and RCC reserves the right to remove your listing at any time.  The information about your business that is included in the Directory, if listed, will be determined by RCC, in its sole discretion. 
3. Where you wish to update any of the information about your business that is included in the Directory, the provision of such updated information will be your sole responsibility. 
4. The inclusion of your business in the Directory does not constitute an endorsement and you will not make reference to any such inclusion in the Directory as an endorsement of any kind by RCC or any of its partners or sponsors.  
5. You acknowledge that that RCC will have no liability to you in respect of these Terms and the inclusion of your business in the Directory, including where any errors may have been made regarding the information about your business. 
6. By virtue of your business being listed in the Directory you are not granted any license to any intellectual property or to any content that is otherwise included in the Directory. 
7. To the extent that any third party makes a claim or demand against RCC that is associated with your business, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RCC in respect of any such claim or demand. 
8. RCC will endeavour to make the Directory available but cannot guarantee that it will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. 
9. RCC may update these Terms from time to time by posting updates to www.buycanadiancyber.ca/terms.
10. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
