Program Deposit, Fee, and Refund Policies

Deposit

Students are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 plus HST, upon acceptance of their Offer of Admission. The deposit will be applied toward the total Program Fee. Payment of the deposit is required to secure your seat.

Program Fee

The Program Fee is $16,500 CAD + HST. Payment of the remaining balance (after deposit) is made in two installments as outlined below.

May 2025 Intake Payment Schedule

Installment Payment Option
Payment 1: $7,050 + HST
Deadline: April 15, 2025

Payment 2: $8,450 + HST
Deadline: July 30, 2025

Refunds

Students are eligible for the following refund amounts if requested by the posted deadlines. Refund requests must be made in writing via email and received by the refund deadline. Refunds may take up to 60 business days to process. All refund requests will be processed the day following the refund deadline. 

Note: Students who pay their fee by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card used for purchase, less a 2.5% credit card processing fee.

Students are eligible for the following refund amounts if requested by the posted deadlines:

Payment 1 Refund Dates:

April 28, 2025 – Total refundable amount is $6,000 + HST
June 8, 2025 – Total refundable amount is $3,000 + HST

Payment 2 Refund Dates:

July 30, 2025 – Total refundable amount is $8,450 + HST
