The Clinic is staffed by certified graduates from Catalyst cyber training programs. As Clinic Consultants, these professionals gain essential hands-on experience as they build their careers in cybersecurity.
Consultants are trained by the Catalyst before their client engagement begins, and are assigned an organization to work with and a role they will play within the Consultant team.
Consultant teams are also assigned a Mentor, who meets with them weekly to ensure the project is achieving high-quality results, and to provide career development coaching.
Roles
Consultant roles include:
- Team Lead: oversee the project team, delegate tasks, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time
- Technical Analyst: conduct cybersecurity assessments and identify actionable recommendations to improve client security
- Client Relations Specialist: build trust and manage client the client relationship while ensuring needs are effectively addressed
- Presentation/Documentation Specialist: create professional, client-ready reports and presentations tailored to non-profit environments

Additionally, you will:
